3. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes, for example: domain names of computers and terminals used by users, addresses in URI/URL notation of the requested  resources, the date and time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's response  (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment. This is information is not collected  to be associated with identified interested parties but could, by its nature, through processing and association with data held by the Data Controller or third parties, allow users to be identified. In any case, please note that IP addresses are automatically anonymized by the system by default.

Therefore, this data is used only to obtain anonymous statistical information about the site usage and to ensure the proper functioning of the website itself. It should be noted that the data could be used to determine and ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Owner's website or any other sites connected or linked to it.

The site only manages the strictly necessary cookie, PHPSESSID. The PHPSESSID cookie is native to PHP and enables websites to store serialised state data. While browsing the website www.vedalia.it, the site automatically acquires the necessary navigation data to ensure the proper functioning and enjoyment of the site.

6. MODE OF TREATMENT
Processing is conducted with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms and is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality. It is carried out using electronic means.

7. COMMUNICATION OF DATA
Without prejudice to communications carried out in fulfilment of legal obligations or requests of the Authorities, and contractual to public bodies and subjects, your personal data are processed by internal staff previously authorised and designated as data processors, who are given appropriate instructions regarding measures, procedures, modus operandi, all aimed at the concrete protection of your personal data.

In accordance with t the regulations, such parties shall ensure levels of experience, capacity and reliability to guarantee compliance with current data processing provisions, including the data security profile. Such third parties, where appropriate, are designated "Data Processors" and are subject to periodic audits to ensure that the levels of assurance recorded when first engaged are maintained. 8. TRANSFER ABROUD
Your Personal Data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Community.

9. DATA RETENTION TIME
Browsing data is stored for a maximum of 30 days to allow Vedalia srl to verify the proper functioning of the website and conduct maintenance activities.
Retention of the data for a longer period may occur if necessary to ascertain responsibility and/or investigate crimes related to the Data Controller and the Judicial Authority or fulfilment of legal obligations that legitimise its retention.

10. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for in Article 15 and following. of EU Regulation 2016/679, specifically  the right to access their personal data, request its rectification or restriction, update it if incomplete or incorrect, and request its deletion if the conditions exist, as well as to object to its processing.

Finally, it should be noted that data subjects, if they believe that the processing of personal data relating to them occurs in violation of the provisions of the EU Regulation 2016/679 (Art. 77), have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, (www.garanteprivacy.it) or to pursue appropriate legal action.

12. CHANGES AND UPDATES
This policy is valid as of the date it was presented. However, the owner may, with prior notice, make changes and/or additions to this policy, including in response to regulatory changes and/or additions.
